Video Summary
AAOE CEO Addie Cuiava explains the organization’s speed-meeting program and how vendors can prepare. Attendees remain at assigned tables while vendors rotate through up to 10 scheduled, six-minute meetings, with one minute between appointments. Vendors should complete their profiles carefully, then use the matching portal to review attendee needs, request meetings, and accept or decline requests. Green check marks indicate confirmed appointments. Vendors can manage schedules, bookmark prospects, and assign registered booth staff to meetings. Because additional appointments may become available after vendors fill their initial 10, participants are encouraged to check the portal regularly and whitelist AAOE emails.

Vendors should arrive on time, bring no more than two representatives to each table, and keep other team members quiet in the designated gallery. A note-taker is recommended. Bring business cards, and use the brief meetings to focus on attendees’ stated needs and arrange follow-up.

Speed meetings take place in the Grand Ballroom on the morning of the 26th. Participants should plan travel accordingly, collect badges and schedules outside the ballroom, and arrive early. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Schedules can be printed from the portal, but should be printed only after appointments close.
