Danelle Newman serves as the Director of Patient Access at OSS Health, bringing over 25 years of expertise in Revenue Cycle and Patient Access across Radiology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedics. Known for her ability to drive positive change, Danelle has a strong record of optimizing organizational performance. She is an alumna of Pennsylvania State University and has furthered her education through the Value Measurement for Healthcare program at Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Danelle enjoys traveling, relaxing by the beach, and spending time with her 14-year-old daughter, who keeps her active and engaged.

 

Lora Pada
AVP of Customer Success, Infinx

Lora Pada has been with Infinx Healthcare for six years, starting in the marketing department and rising to the position of AVP of Customer Success. She plays a pivotal role in helping customers implement and maximize patient access solutions for Eligibility & Benefits (E&B), insurance discovery, prior authorizations and more. Her expertise ensures customer education and adoption of these technologies, helping healthcare providers, hospitals, imaging centers, and laboratories preserve and capture more revenue.
